Experience the beauty and tranquility of Lake Atalanta by Stand Up Paddle Board. This beginner-friendly adventure will begin with SUP basics, including safety and techniques, before we take off for a fun and relaxing guided tour with stunning natural views.

Located next to the Railyard in Downtown Rogers, Lake Atalanta’s stunning spring-fed waters are surrounded by lush forest, bike trails, and a winding boardwalk. The natural beauty of Lake Atalanta Park makes it easy to forget you’re in the heart of the most popular towns in Northwest Arkansas.
SUP BASICS
This SUP adventure is perfect for a range of skillsets, including beginners. We’ll cover the basics such as safety and stroke techniques while getting familiar with your paddle board before taking off to enjoy a your guided tour of Lake Atalanta.
WHAT TO BRING
Your equipment and PFDs will be provided for you, but we recommend you bring water, snacks, sunscreen, and a towel - a small dry bag is best for keeping your personal items safe while paddling.
WHAT TO WEAR
Swimwear, athletic clothing, a hat and/or sunglasses, water shoes or sandals.
