EVENT DETAILS
Hawksbill Crag also known as Whitaker's Point, is an Arkansas must see. It's considered an easy to moderate 2.7 mile out and back. Located in the Ozark National Forest, we'll hike through heavily forested areas, see various rock formations, and most importantly, the crag. Once we reach the crag, you'll see why it has the nickname "Hawksbill." The crag offers beautiful valley views and is extra special during the fall due to the fall foliage. You'll have time to take in the scenery, eat lunch trailside, and get a few pictures.
After our hike, our adventure has really just begun. Next we'll head to the Buffalo Outdoor Center to enjoy a two hour zipline* tour where you'll glide through the treetops of the Buffalo National River forest.
*Must weigh between 70 and 250 lbs. for ziplining
