Fly fishing is a relaxing, but exciting outdoor activity. Enjoy a beautiful day at Roaring River State Park while we learn the basics of the fly fishing. All equipment is included and no previous experience is necessary. After we become fishermen, we will head over to Railway Winery for socialization and tasting of local craft wines.
*NOTE: This is a drive yourself event. There will not be transportation offered for this trip. Plan to meet at the Roaring River State Park main office.

10:30 AM: Arrive at Roaring River State Park Main Office. Note: This is a drive yourself event, transportation will not be offered
10:45 AM: Receive instruction on how to set up fly rods, how to tie flies, how to cast, and set a line
11:45 AM: Start fishing! Eat lunch at the picnic areas along the river whenever you get hungry
3:00 PM: Depart for Railway Winery
3:30: Arrive at Railway Winery
5:00: Depart Railway Winery

What to Wear: Athletic clothes/comfortable clothes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and bug spray

1. A 100% refund minus 5% handling fee will be given for cancellations made 21 days prior to the scheduled trip
2. A 100% trip credit will be given for cancellations made 14 days prior to the scheduled trip
3. 50% trip credit will be given for cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled trip
4. No refund or trip credit will be given for any cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled trip
5. If a trip is canceled due to inclement weather or environmental conditions not optimal for the booked activity, 100% trip credit will be given
